- Craftsmanship Deviations: Due to the handcrafted nature of solid sheesham and teak wood, minor grain variations or polish shade depth transitions are natural characteristics and not qualify as defects.
- Prepaid Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement receive a 100% refund. Post 24 hours, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
